Cho 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo nóng. Thêm 1 tép tỏi đã băm nhuyễn vào, chờ tỏi vừa ngả vàng thì cho ngay tôm vào xào chín rồi xúc ra dĩa riêng.

Nêm 1/3 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt vào, trộn đều.
Hoàn thành món ăn, trình bày: Cho món ăn đã hoàn thành ra dĩa, cho ít lá thơm lên trang trí, rắc tiêu lên trên là hoàn chỉnh. Để món ăn thêm phần hấp dẫn, các bạn nhớ làm chén nước mắm tỏi ớt chua ngọt để ăn kèm nhé.
