Thịt heo rửa sạch, thái lát mỏng cho vào tô ướp với 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh rượu sake và để 5 phút cho thấm. Đậu hà lan tách xơ, rửa sạch. Hành tây xắt lát. Bắp cải rửa sạch, xắt nhỏ. Cà rốt bào vỏ, xắt sợi.
Gừng xắt sợi. Làm nóng chảo với dầu ăn, cho gừng vào phi thơm rồi thả thịt heo vào xào săn lại. Tiếp đó cho hành tây, cà rốt, bắp cải và đậu hà lan vào đảo đều. Sau đó thêm giá vào, trộn thật đều lên. Nêm 1 muỗng nước tương, 1 muỗng dầu hào, muối, tiêu và 2 muỗng dầu mè. Đảo đều cho tất cả thấm gia vị. Xào thịt khoảng 4 - 5 phút cho rau củ chín lá xong.
Gắp thịt heo xào rau củ tươi ra dĩa và thưởng thức cùng cơm nóng. Món này dùng trong bữa cơm là ngon hết xẩy luôn đấy, đảm bảo ai cũng tấm tắt khen ngon bởi hương vị tuyệt vời của nó. Nhanh lưu công thức và thử ngay nhé.
