Lòng Heo Chiên Nước Mắm là một trong những món nhậu ngon lành, quen thuộc của các anh. Lòng heo chiên giòn được áo bên ngoài nước mắm béo ngậy, thơm lừng, dai dai giòn giòn đậm đà gia vị. Lòng non cho vào tô cùng với giấm, muối sau đó bóp kỹ rồi rửa lại vài lần cho thật sạch, để ráo nước hoặc dùng giấy thấm khô nước và cắt lòng thành những đoạn dài cỡ 1 ngón tay.
Cách chiên lòng heo chiên giòn: Ớt sừng băm nhỏ hoặc thái miếng vát chéo, tỏi băm nhỏ, hành lá thái nhỏ. Tỏi, hành tím bóc bỏ băm nhỏ. Đặt chảo cho nhiều dầu vào đun cho dầu nóng, tiếp theo bạn gắp lòng cho vào chiên tới khi lòng chín, hơi sém vàng là vớt ra để cho ráo dầu.
Cách làm lòng heo chiên giòn tẩm nước mắm: Chắt bỏ bớt dầu ăn ra và chỉ để lại khoảng 1 muỗng dầu trong chảo, tiếp theo bạn cho tỏi băm phi cho thơm sau đó cho ớt băm, đường, nước mắm, tiêu vào đảo đều cho đường tan hết. Cuối cùng bạn trút lòng non vào cùng, đảo đều cho lòng ngấm gia vị thì rắc hành lá lên trên là tắt bếp.
