Pasta là món ăn truyền thống của người Ý, được kết hợp với nhiều nguyên liệu và loại sốt khác nhau, từ đơn giản đến phức tạp. Đun sôi nước rồi cho 1 muỗng cà phê muối và dầu ăn vào. Cho mì pasta luộc khoảng 7 phút. Vớt ra xả với nước lạnh và để cho ráo nước.
Hành tây thái hạt lựu. Nấm hương sau khi rửa sạch thái sợi dày khoảng 0.5cm. Cho bơ vào chảo sau đó cho hành tây vào phi khoảng 30 giây rồi cho nấm vào xào.
Tiếp theo cho 200gr sốt cà chua và 550ml sữa vào đun sôi đảo đều cho nấm chín và sốt sệt lại thì tắt bếp.
Bạn có thể trộn mì và sốt khoảng 10 giây trước khi tắt bếp hoặc cho mì ra dĩa rồi rưới sốt lên trên. Để tuyệt vời hơn hãy thêm một ít sốt mayonnaise để tăng hương vị nhé! Còn chần chừ gì nữa mà không bắt tay thực hiện món ăn hấp dẫn cho cả gia đình và bạn bè của mình nào?
